(the title isn't suppose to mean anything to this)
Brett laid in a field of grass by the patio. The weather was nice out today not to hot; not to cool. Brett wore her hair down; it was wavy, but looked nice all the same. She had on a black camisole, and over it a thin gray cardigan. Brett had on denim bermuda shorts with a few rips. She had on her favorite black hightop converse.
Brett was laying there while reading a book; she found it a good day to relax, and then try to meet a few new people later or run into people she already met. The book she was reading was about 567 pages long, and she was about to finish it in another chapter. Brett pulled out a bookmark from her bag incase the wind started blow, and she lost her pages.

Hina was, well, sitting on water. Literally. She'd heard about a new spell and was trying to perfect it. [breathing underwater  ] She was applying techniques that would ensure if she passed out that she would float to the surface and onto land and another technique that would keep her clothes dry. Her jeans and t-shirt she really didn't care about but she just didn't want to be wet. She applied the spells then was underwater. She tried to breath but nothing would come in. NOt even water. She cursed herself and tried to swim to the top but her limbs wouldn't move. She cursed herself again and just waited for her other spells to take effect. Hina lost consciousness and shot out of the water and onto the bank. she was perfectly dry and was barely breathing. [haha yes I made a lake. :] ] |

Brett was almost finished with her book when she heard a thrash to the ground. She looked up, and saw Hina by a strange lake she hadn't seen before. Brett dropped her book, and ran over to Hina's side. "Oh my gosh! Hina what happened?" Brett asked so confused; she noticed Hina was losing breath. Brett had learnt a spell when she was younger; sort of a healing spell. Brett decided to take the chance and use the spell on Hina. She said the words carefully, and in 15 seconds it took it's effect.

Hina opened her eyes and cursed. She put her hand to her head then realised someone was there. She turned and saw Brett. She grinned and said, "Thanks for saving me there. I'm just working on a new spell" She stood and saw Brett's book. "Whatcha reading?"

Brett smiled and replied "Next time your practicing a spell maybe ask someone to come, and watch incase something goes wrong?" She grinned. "I'm reading the book random book name." Brett pointed toward. "So what do you think went wrong with the spell?"

"Oh, I probably got a word or two wrong." she sighed then laid back down and watched the sky and thought about the spell. "I was trying to create one to breath underwater. do you want to help?"

(ugh losers on aim iming me after I was terrified out of skin)
Brett thought over it quickly, and agreed to helping Hina with her spell; even though she wasn't sure what help that would make; she decided to help anyways. She put her book in her bag, and rolled up her sleeves. "What should we try first?" Brett asked in hope.

"Well, this is what I have on it." HIna said and felt around in her pockets for a paper. She took it out and unfolded it. She showed it to Ki-Brett [xD!!] "What do you think I should change on it?" she scanned the paper herself then looked back up at the sky. The clouds were darkening.

Brett took the paper, and editted it over with a spell, and after all the corrections were made she handed the paper back to Hina.
"Hina I'll stand over here while you do your spell; if anything happens I'll be able to get you." Brett said eagerness to start this spell. She took a step back, and waited Hina to begin.

Hina went back to the water and reapplied her other spells. she memorised the spell again and dove into the water. She took a breath and it was air. The spell drew air bubbles in the lake to her to breath; she wasn't actually breathing water. [D;]
She swam back up and told Ki-BRETT*** that the spell worked and told her to try it out.
